About the AbuseIPDB Integration
AbuseIPDB is a community-driven database, maintained by Marathon Studios, that lets webmasters and security teams report and check IP addresses associated with hacking attempts, spam, and other abusive activity. Its crowd-sourced confidence-of-abuse score helps teams quickly gauge whether a given IP has a track record of malicious behavior. As Synqly’s Threat Intelligence provider, the AbuseIPDB integration enables security platforms to enrich IP address indicators with normalized reputation data through a standardized connector; AbuseIPDB supports IP lookups only, not domain, URL, or file hash enrichment.
Integration Use Cases
Lookup IP
Looks up an IPv4 or IPv6 address against the token-linked threat intelligence source and returns normalized reputation and context. A lookup that finds no intel records is a successful response with an empty `osint` array.
