Official Rules
How It Works
Schedule and attend an in-person, vendor-customer meeting with Synqly senior leadership during the RSA Conference 2026 (“RSAC”) in San Francisco, and you will be automatically entered into a random drawing to win a $1,000 sponsorship of a qualifying children’s activity.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a one-year, $1,000 sponsorship (paid in full directly to the qualifying organization) for a children’s (under 18) non-political activity of the winner’s choice (such as a sports team, speech and debate program, robotics club, or technology club) (approximate retail value: $1,000 USD).
Drawing Date: The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about April 15, 2026.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and email.
NO PURCHASE OR MEETING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEETING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The Synqly RSAC 2026 Junior Sponsorship Program (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Synqly, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Synqly, Inc., 1575 Newport Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 26, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Meetings may be scheduled at any time during the Giveaway Period but must take place in person during RSAC (March 23–26, 2026) in San Francisco, California, to qualify as a meeting entry. The random drawing will take place on or about April 15, 2026.
5. How to Enter
Method 1 – Meeting Entry (no purchase necessary): During the Giveaway Period, schedule a vendor-customer meeting with Synqly senior leadership, and attend that meeting in person during RSAC (March 23–26, 2026) in San Francisco, California. Each eligible individual who schedules and attends a qualifying in-person meeting will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of meetings attended.
Method 2 – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without scheduling a meeting, hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: Synqly RSAC 2026 Junior Sponsorship Program, 1575 Newport Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 26, 2026, and received by April 3, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person. Mail-in entries carry the same chance of winning as meeting entries.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
6. Winner Selection
On or about April 15, 2026, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
7. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: A one-year sponsorship, valued at $1,000 USD, of a qualifying children’s activity selected by the winner (ARV: $1,000 USD). The sponsorship will be paid in full directly by the Sponsor to the qualifying organization.
Qualifying Activities: The sponsored activity must be an organized, non-political program for children under the age of 18. Examples of qualifying activities include, but are not limited to: youth sports teams, speech and debate programs, robotics clubs, coding or technology clubs, scouting organizations, and academic competition teams. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a nominated activity qualifies.
Non-Qualifying Activities: Activities that are primarily political in nature (including campaign organizations, political action committees, partisan advocacy groups, and activities whose primary purpose is to support or oppose a political candidate, party, or ballot measure) do not qualify.
Payment: The $1,000 sponsorship will be paid by the Sponsor directly to the qualifying organization designated by the winner within forty-five (45) days of the winner’s selection of a qualifying activity, verification of the organization, and the Sponsor’s receipt of the organization’s payment information. The Sponsor’s obligation is limited solely to the one-time $1,000 payment and does not create any ongoing sponsorship or financial commitment beyond that amount.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent will be provided to the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the prize to the extent applicable.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by phone and email on or about April 15, 2026. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days and designate a qualifying children’s activity within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.synqly.com/privacy-policy/. Personal information will be used for scheduling a vendor-customer meeting, administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and as otherwise described in the privacy policy. If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the privacy policy with respect to the Giveaway, these Official Rules govern.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event, the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, or to amend these Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. acts of God) interferes with any aspect of the Giveaway, including but not limited to fulfillment of prizes. Participants will be subject to the version of the Official Rules in effect at the time of their participation. Sponsor may post updated Official Rules with a “Last Updated” date at the top, and continued participation in the Giveaway after such posting will constitute acceptance of the any changes or modifications.
12. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE UNAVAILABLE, INACCURATE, OR INTERRUPTED FROM TIME TO TIME FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OF SPONSOR’S CONTROL. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNAVAILABILITY, INTERRUPTIONS, OR ERRORS OF THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZES. THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY, CURRENCY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
14. Waiver
Sponsor may delay enforcement of any term of these Official Rules without waiving its right to enforce such term at a later time.
15. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to hello@synqly.com within sixty (60) days of the drawing date. The winner’s name will be provided once verification is complete.
