Synqly Adds Veracode Integration to Bring Application Security Findings into Unified Security Workflows

Synqly is announcing a Veracode integration that enables OEM customers to query application security findings and application inventory from Veracode and route that data into vulnerability management, SIEM, ticketing, and remediation workflows through Synqly’s unified application security API. For security vendors building platforms that need to ingest AppSec findings alongside infrastructure and cloud vulnerabilities, this integration provides a normalized path to Veracode data without the overhead of a custom Veracode API connector.

What Is Veracode?

Veracode is a leading application security testing platform that provides static analysis (SAST), dynamic analysis (DAST), software composition analysis (SCA), and manual penetration testing capabilities. Veracode helps development and security teams identify and remediate vulnerabilities across web applications, APIs, and open source dependencies throughout the software development lifecycle. It is widely used by enterprises that need to demonstrate application security posture for compliance, risk management, and secure development programs.

What OEM Customers Can Do with This Integration

The Synqly Veracode integration supports two core data access capabilities. Query Applications returns a normalized list of applications registered in the Veracode platform, including application metadata that provides context for findings. Query Application Findings returns the vulnerability findings associated with a specific application, including SAST, DAST, and SCA results, normalized through Synqly’s application security schema so they are consistent with findings from other AppSec providers in the ecosystem.

For vulnerability management platforms, this closes a significant coverage gap. Many organizations treat application security findings as a separate data stream from infrastructure vulnerabilities, managed in different tools with different ownership. Synqly’s Veracode integration enables platforms to pull AppSec findings from Veracode and correlate them with endpoint vulnerabilities, cloud misconfigurations, and network exposures in a single unified risk view. The same normalized schema that describes a CVE from a traditional vulnerability scanner describes an application finding from Veracode, which means the consuming platform does not need to write separate parsing or prioritization logic.

The integration also enables ticketing and remediation workflows. A platform that routes confirmed vulnerabilities to Jira, ServiceNow, or a custom remediation system can use the Veracode integration to pull application findings and generate tickets with full context, including the affected application, the finding severity, the scan type that identified it, and the remediation guidance from Veracode. This automates a process that otherwise requires manual export from Veracode and import into the ticketing system, reducing the gap between identification and remediation assignment.

SIEM platforms that need to incorporate application security posture into their detection and investigation workflows can ingest Veracode findings as structured security events alongside findings from other tools. This gives analysts visibility into application risk as part of the broader security picture rather than as a separate report in a separate tool.

This integration is part of Synqly’s Application Security connector category, which normalizes AppSec data from multiple providers under one API. OEM customers already using Synqly for infrastructure or cloud security data can add Veracode to the same pipeline. Customers that already use Veracode and need to connect its findings to Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, or any other platform in Synqly’s ecosystem can do so through a single, pre-built integration layer rather than a custom point-to-point build.
