Synqly Adds Automox to Its Endpoint Management Integration Ecosystem

Synqly is announcing the addition of Automox to its growing ecosystem of integration partners. Automox is now available as a supported provider within Synqly’s Endpoint Management category, giving OEM customers a fast path to delivering Automox integrations without building point-to-point connections from scratch.

Automox is a cloud-native endpoint management platform built for modern IT environments. Unlike legacy tools that require servers, distribution points, or VPN access to function, Automox manages Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints entirely over HTTPS from a single console. It automates patch management for operating systems and over 580 third-party applications, enforces security configurations, and supports custom scripting through its Worklet automation library. IT and security operations teams use Automox to gain visibility and control over on-premises, remote, and virtual endpoints without the overhead of deploying and maintaining costly infrastructure. For product and engineering teams building security and IT operations software, Automox represents one of the most widely adopted platforms in the endpoint management space.

With Automox connected via Synqly’s unified API, OEM customers can query device inventory, assess patch and configuration compliance, and trigger remediation actions, all through a single normalized interface that spans Synqly’s broader endpoint management ecosystem.

On the visibility side, the integration supports pulling a single managed device record by ID or returning a filtered list of devices matching a given query. Whether a product team needs to surface endpoint inventory by operating system, identify devices that have not checked in recently, or pull specific device context into an alert pipeline, that data is accessible through Synqly’s universal query language without the need to maintain a bespoke Automox API client.

Compliance is covered by a separate capability that returns device compliance findings that match the query. For teams building workflows around patch posture, configuration drift, or regulatory requirements, this surfaces Automox compliance data in a consistent format that can be acted on regardless of which endpoint management provider sits behind the integration.

Where the integration moves beyond read-only is remediation. Product teams can trigger a remediation action directly on a managed Automox device through Synqly, enabling a workflow to detect a compliance gap or threat condition and close the loop without a manual handoff. That kind of automated response, tied to a standardized API contract, is what makes the Automox integration useful within a broader detection and response workflow, not just a data source.

Because the integration is built on Synqly’s unified endpoint management connector, a product team that adds Automox support today inherits the same integration logic used for other providers in the ecosystem. There is no need to rewrite the underlying workflow when the next endpoint management provider gets added.

This matters operationally. Engineering teams that have historically spent weeks building and maintaining a single vendor integration can now redirect that effort toward the features and workflows that differentiate their product. Synqly handles the translation layer, the connection management, and the normalization, so the integration does not become a maintenance liability over time.

The Automox integration is live and available to Synqly OEM customers today. Full configuration details, including how to connect your Automox account and authenticate via token, are available in the Automox Endpoint Management Configuration Guide in Synqly’s technical documentation.
